Footprint approximately 7" x 12". This is our second kit in the "Signature Series", an original model built by Dave Frary. "Sam Cahoon's" is modeled after a 1920's photo, typical of buildings found on a New England waterfront. These buildings served several purposes: ice house, wholesale and retail fish dealer, and storage for gill nets. Definitely one of our more unique models, offering a challenge for the serious modeler. Number code 20109.
