These kits are laser-cut from smoothly milled wood so that parts fit together precisely. Roofs are either wood or composite material. Kits contain all wood parts, plastic window material, shingles or roofing material (where indicated), and complete instructions with suggestions for painting and weathering the structure.
* Beginner: requires little or no previous modeling experience and/or assembles quickly with good results.
** Intermediate: requires some previous modeling experience and assembly takes a little longer. Ambitious beginners can also attempt.
*** Advanced: requires previous modeling experience and assembly takes several hours to complete. Attention to detail is important for an impressive finished model.
